Have you ever been told to disconnect all the cables from your computer, take it to a known or unknown location, hope you find parking nearby and finally drag the unit from your car to and from, not to mention driving back to pick it up and setting it all up again at home or in your office.

At Electronbox & PC Doctor, we come to you wherever you are, only charging you a consulting/labour fee of €59 + IVA per hour plus a call-out fee based upon your geographical location. This call-out fee is ultimately more economical and much more reasonable when you consider your time to get from A to B (and back), petrol, parking — not to mention the fact that you may have to repeat all this, should you be unlucky enough to have ongoing problems.

Of course, if you prefer, you are still welcome to bring your equipment to our premises and enjoy the same attention to detail and quality service.

24 Hour Support
Electronbox offers a 24 hour IT support service to all its registered customers. You can become a registered customer for free, just fill out this form and send it to us. As soon as you are on our customer database, we will honour your call at any time. We have several options available to you as far as providing our 24 hour service is concerned:

Support Line
As an immediate option you can call our 24 hour support line on 807 488 440. Calls cost €1.16 per minute from land lines or €1.51 per minute from a mobile network (prices includes IVA).

Emergency Call-out
Alternatively we can make an emergency visit. While the call-out fee for this service is the same, the service charges are €85.00 + IVA/hour. This fee applies to any visit made outside of our normal office hours:

• 19:00-10:00 (Monday to Friday)
• 19:00 Friday until 10:00 Monday
• All public holidays
