  • Hardware-only or full installation support

  • Regular maintenance, monthly or quarterly
  • Office hours (10:00 to 19:00)
  • Outside office hours by arrangement
  • Individual fixed pricing on a per machine / per license / per user basis
  • Upgrades priced separately
  • Alternatively we can provide support on a tailored basis in negotiation with the client.

Technical Support 10:00 – 19:00 via phone or remote support.

Technical Support, 10:00 – 19:00 via phone or remote support. We also provide on site support. Out of hours support by individual customer arrangement, with a dedicated technician. Account Management by your business partner.
